Supportwave connects businesses who need tech support to local professional IT Technicians. The 'IT Experts' can provide a wide range of IT support services while making a living as valued members of the gig economy.

Visa's banking clients can now offer their Visa Premium and Classic Business Cards users in UK, Ireland, Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands and Germany exclusive discounts from the Supportwave platform. Businesses who sign up, can get instant 24/7 access to verified IT support technicians online or can schedule a convenient time for on-site help – paying on an ad-hoc basis, prepaid, or a 12-month subscription.

Supportwave CEO, Kelvin Wetherill said, "It's fantastic to be working with Visa to help UK and Europe's SME's stay connected and agile. As technology integrates with every aspect of our lives and the world's workforce becomes more dispersed, Supportwave's vision is to support businesses and individuals with efficient, reliable and convenient IT support. We aim to help people maximise their productivity so that they can keep working, creating and contributing to our global economy. This partnership will enable us to reach even more businesses and help them tailor their IT support to their individual needs and budgets."

In an increasingly digital world, small business owners depend on access to technical skills and resources to help run their business. As part of our commitment to continue to champion and support small businesses, we're proud to work with Supportwave to enable small businesses to connect to IT and technical experts in a simple and convenient manner.
